VIMOB® withstands high and low temperatures due to the thermal inertia of its materials and floor system, adapting to various climates and topographies. They can be HERS® rated and GREEN BUILT ALLIANCE® certified, with the optional use of spray foam insulation.

EARTHQUAKE/MOLD/PEST & WEATHER RESISTANT
Safety comes first. VIMOB® complies with the Earthquake Resistance Standard NSR-10 and welding under AWS standards. By minimizing the use of wood, we avoid having to deal with wood eating insects.

It allows adding modules and connecting them even long after installation, enabling it to grow with you at your own pace. They can also be disassembled and moved, if needed.
